I am located in 95070, and happy to ship the RASA in the original box to anywhere in CONUS. ASIAIR, Camera, Dew heaters, Finder shoe, Guide scope What's not included in the price (but shown in the picture):
#Celestron rasa 8 full#
I am asking full price for this because I am not interested in selling it, but will be glad to give it to you if you want it (they're mostly sold out everwhere, plus it saves you the time and hassle of installing it yourself). It's the newer 5v version and comes with the C8 adapter installed and ready to go. If you want my ZWO eaf, please add $239. Total cost when new: $2228, now yours for $1450. Some people prefer to use the PreciseParts adapter instead of the slider, so I am including this in the sale. but I prefer the filter slider since I use a mono camera. I used this a few times to verify it actually works. PreciseParts adapter in case you don't want to use the slider. RASA8, in original box, in perfect like-new condition ($1799 new) The scope has not been changed/altered/tuned/cleaned in any shape or form. I added the vixen bar on top to help with carrying and also to mount my asiair, and I have mounted the ZWO EAF for repeatable autofocusing. Attaching a sample picture from last night taken with this setup. Collimation is not a problem with this scope, and is the main reason I went with the RASA since it holds collimation really well. Mechanically & optically it's in perfect condition. There is minor dust on the corrector plate but it doesn't affect the quality of the images in any way.

I take very good care of my gear and keep them inside as you can see from the pictures not a single ding or scatch on the OTA. I'm the original owner of this excellent condition RASA 8. I purchased earlier this year, so it has way more than a year remaining in warranty, if at all you need it (you shouldn't need it).
